Booking & Scheduling
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations & No - Shows
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Access to the Property
Please ensure RLJ Enterprises LLC has access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Delays in gaining access may affect the amount of cleaning
that can be completed.
Pricing & Additional Services
Final pricing may vary depending on the size and condition of the home and the amount of cleaning required. Areas or services not included in the original booking may result in additional charges.
Payment
Payment is due in full before cleaning services begin. An invoice will be provided prior to service.
