At RLJ Enterprises LLC, we value our
customers and want you to be satisfied
with your cleaning services. Please
review our refund, cancellation, and
payment policies before booking. By
scheduling a service, you agree to the
policies listed below.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due according to the terms
provided at booking. Once a cleaning
service has been completed, payments
are non-refundable. If you are not
satisfied with your cleaning, Please
contact RLJ Enterprises LLC as soon as
possible so we can address your
concerns.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to
cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations
or no-shows may result in a fee.
