Cancellation Policy

Please review our policies before booking. Appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Additional services or areas not included in original booking may result in the original booking may result in additional charges. Final pricing may vary depending on size and condition of the home and the amount of cleaning required. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of service before cleaning begins. Deposits are applied toward your total service price.
